To be selected to represent Idaho state was such a joy! When I started designing weddings in Idaho, I wanted to push the envelope. I was seeing shabby chic, burlap, mason jars, chair sashes and wanted to show that we can step outside those design elements. I wanted to show that our wedding industry is capable of much more, we just need our clients to trust us to create something unique and remarkable.

Sophine and Caspar fell in love vacationing in Sun Valley and wanted to share their beloved Idaho experience with their dearest friends and family. Caspar spent many winters with his family in Sun Valley and sharing this place with their Australian guests was a must for them! Planning from "down under", okay, maybe way too cliche there, Sophine reached out to us to help her bring her vision to life. It was quite the fete! the best part was how much it snowed, come the wedding day! We went from bare ground to almost two feet! It was a winter wonderland! Thank you Sophine and Caspar for having Ira + Lucy part of your incredible wedding! I think you have officially redefined what it means to party!
IRA + LUCY COORDINATION, DESIGN + RENTALS
Yesterday we needed to focus on some much needed family time, so I avoided the computer and instead baked up a storm, gained 15 pounds, played Star Wars video game with the hubs, played Transformers on the floor with Jagger and then had friends over for a fun evening. Like many of you I have a hard time resisting the urge to hop on Instagram and indulge in some visual eye candy and to my surprise saw Two Bird Studio announced the debut of one of our couples, Whitney and Tim's, Tamarack Mountain Wedding.
