We had a remote wedding in McCall, Idaho at a venue where everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, had to be brought in from out of town through multiple vendors. Needless to say it was complicated, but Heidi managed it all with ease. Heidi and her staff completely transformed the space. I wanted an elegant but laid back outdoor wedding, and she brought all of my ideas to life and was able to create the unique vibe we were looking for. On the day of the wedding, we were able to relax and enjoy the day knowing that the Ira & Lucy team was keeping everything running smoothly, attending to guests needs, working with all of the vendors to keep the timeline, and handling any unexpected hiccups without us ever knowing about it! So many of our guests commented that they felt so taken care of throughout the weekend, which was important to us. Q: “Is your entire inventory vintage?”

A: NOPE! While we originally specialized in vintage, we feature a wide variety of wedding and event decor rentals. Rustic glam, french country, shabby chic, boho, classic elegance...With Ira & Lucy, the options are limitless AND we’ve got your back when it comes to pulling it all together! Q. “Do I have to rent a minimum dollar amount?”

A: We do require a small minimum of $350 for all rental orders. We work with all sorts of budgets and occasions.

Q. “Do I have to hire coordination in order to rent from you?”

A: NOPE! We started as a rental company and will continue to offer rentals, even if you are not a coordination client.

Over the past 6 years, our inventory and services have organically evolved, as we continue to bring new and innovative offerings to our clientele! Along with our industry leading Coordination services, you’ll find unique and stunning rentals featuring our signature farm house tables, gorgeous furniture, perfect for lounge set ups, stunning tablescape accessories and more! We’ll help you think outside of the box too for great escort card displays, custom signage and much much more!
